Nacido en Egipto en 1991, Christophe M. Saber se graduó de una facultad estadounidense en el Cairo en 2009. Luego completó un curso sobre realización digital en los Estados Unidos y una licenciatura en Dirección de Cine en la Universidad de Arte y Diseño de Laussane (ECAL, por sus siglas en inglés) en Suiza. Escribió y dirigió varias ficciones, documentales y películas experimentales. Discipline se estrenó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Toronto de 2014. En 2016, estrenó su primer largometraje documental, The Valley of Salt, en Thessaloniki y en Hot Docs, en Toronto. Sacrilège (2017) es su último cortometraje de ficción. Se encuentra desarrollando su primer largometraje de ficción.

Born in Egypt in 1991, Christophe M. Saber graduated from an American College in Cairo in 2009. He then completed a short school of digital filmmaking in the U.S and a BA degree in Filmmaking at the University of Arts and Design of Lausanne (ECAL) in Switzerland. He wrote and directed several fictions as well as documentaries and experimental films. Discilpine premiered during the 2014 edition of the Toronto International Film Festival. In 2016, he released his first documentary feature film, The Valley of Salt, which premiered at Thessaloniki and Hot Docs Film festival in Toronto. Sacrilège (2017) is his latest fiction short film. He's currently developing his first fiction feature.
