SINOPSIS
Eloísa Tarruella, directora y protagonista de la película, emprende un viaje en búsqueda de historias para escribir un guión sobre el amor. Mientras indaga aquellos relatos míticos y literarios que dejaron una marca en el imaginario colectivo, se cruza en el camino con otras tramas de amores reales: Ariadna y Georges, una mujer argentina y un hombre libanés que se conocieron a la distancia; Laura y Juan, dos viajeros nómadas y escritores que recorren el mundo a dedo; Silvina y Andrea, casadas y con trillizos que se encuentran abocadas a su crianza y a la militancia en la difusión de los derechos de familias diversas. Cada pareja atesora un objeto, tan mítico como cotidiano, que imprime una huella indeleble en cada uno de los tejidos amorosos.

Eloísa Tarruella, director and lead of the film, begins a journey in the search for stories to write a script about love. As she inquires about those mythical and literary tales that left a mark in the collective imaginary, she crosses paths with other weaves of real love: Ariadna and Georges, an Argentinean woman and a Lebanese man who met at a distance; Laura and Juan, two nomad travellers and writers who hitch-hike round the world; and Silvina and Andrea, married with triplets who are devoted to their children’s upbringing and to militancy promoting the rights of diverse families. Each couple cherishes something ─something mythical, but quotidian at the same time─ which leaves an indelible imprint on each of the love schemes.

EloísaTarruella
Eloísa es dramaturga, cineasta, directora, actriz y docente. Dirigió las películas Gené y El Objeto de mi amor. A su vez, estrenó su segundo espectáculo teatral en su doble rol de dramaturga y directora: Los amantes del Cuarto Azul, que integró el Ciclo de de Autoras Argentinas en el Teatro Nacional Cervantes.

Eloísa is a playwright, a filmmaker, a director, an actress and a teacher. She has directed the films Gené and El Objeto de mi Amor (The Object of my Love). Additionally, she has premiered her second theatre play both as a playwright and a director: Los Amantes del Cuarto Azul, which was included in the Argentinean Female Authors Cycle at the Cervantes National Theatre.

Gato Martínez Cantó
Gato Martínez Cantó viene trabajando en la industria de los medios de comunicación desde hace casi 20 años. Trabajó en TV Abierta y en cable; en cine industrial e independiente; en publicidad corporativa e institucional; en Producción Radial, etc. Actualmente, es productor ejecutivo del estudio de comunicación integral Sigil - Comunicación & Sociedad y es también director ejecutivo de la productora de contenidos culturales Oruro. En 2014 estrenó los largometrajes documentales El objeto de mi amor (co-dirigido junto a Eloísa Tarruella) y Las aspas del Molino como productor asociado. También este año estrenará el documental Alunizar, del que es co-productor.

Gato Martínez Cantó has been working in the media and communication industry for over 20 years. He has worked both in broadcast television and cable; mainstream and independent cinema; corporative and institutional advertising; radio production; etc. He is currently the executive producer at the communication firm Sigil - Comunicación & Sociedad and he is also the executive director of cultural content production company Oruro. In 2014 he premiered two feature documentaries: El Objeto de mi Amor (The Object of my Love, co-directed with Eloísa Tarruella) and Las Aspas Del Molino, as an associate producer. He is also debuting Alunizar, a documentary of which he is co-producer.
